Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of various marijuana products.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Educate customers on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions
- Stock and rotate products on shelves and displays
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old as per legal requirements

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Fast growing cannabis brand seeks a Flower Packager. Flower Packagers are critical to our business as
they package Terrapin’s flower high quality products. Individuals in this role are responsible for
packaging all flower products with speed, quality and accuracy. Flower Packagers are to adhere to our
standards for packaging and must meet industry compliance requirements. A Flower Packager is one
of the most important roles in the operation because they are the final step in production before our
product becomes available to our customers.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for understanding the components of compliance surrounding packaging and
labeling.
● Thoroughly understand and operate single load scales including routine maintenance.
● Accurately handle cannabis flower, tracking weights, strains, batch and license content of
packages.
● Ability to operate a Sorting Machine, including scheduled cleaning and maintenance.
● Ensure accurate counts of inventory of products.
● Assist with packaging equipment and administration supplies as needed ● Maintain a clean
and organized work space, completing provided sanitation log.
● Complete provided work order in a timely manner. ● Follow instructions and communicate
with supervisors
At a minimum, here’s what you need:
● Current MED badge
● Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
● Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
● Ability to pass a background check
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Ability to perform other duties as needed
We’d also like if you have:
● 1+ years of previous cannabis experience

Full-time work, paying $16 to $20 per hour. Experience is required.  We are seeking positive, upbeat individuals who take pleasure in their work and can perform tasks swiftly.
